Does Kipnook make these products?
No. Kipnook is an Australian online retailer. Every product page names its brand, and we don't rebrand products.
Where do orders ship from?
Each product is sent directly to you from the warehouse of the brand that makes or supplies it. The product page shows the brand and its usual dispatch time.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is calculated at checkout for your address and shown before you pay. Most products are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and most parcels arrive 2–8 business days after dispatch. If a product takes longer, its page says so. See our Shipping Policy.
Is delivery free?
Yes, for eligible products and order values. See our Delivery page for the current free-delivery offers. Items from different brands may arrive separately, and the delivery total is shown at checkout before you pay.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Not always. Each brand sends its items from its own warehouse, so products from different brands arrive separately, each with its own tracking link by email. A delivery charge may apply for each brand, and it's shown at checkout before you pay.
How do returns work?
Your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply. Separately, you can return an unused item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind (vacuum-sealed beds only while the seal is unopened). Please email us first. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel free of charge before your order is dispatched: email hello@kipnook.com.au with your order number. If you need to change something, email us as soon as you can and we'll check with the brand before it ships. Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
Is the collection for dogs and cats?
Yes. Dogs lead the collection, with products and guidance for cats too.
